Who We Are
We’re deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and the opportunities it creates. Having built our own businesses from the ground up, we understand the challenges and rewards of forging your own path. This drives our commitment to helping other businesses succeed, sharing our expertise, and championing innovation and growth every step of the way.
Riley
Martin, who prefers to go by his last name, "Riley", founded QCS in 2016 with the goal of making IT solutions accessible to small businesses.
"I love technology, helping people, and problem-solving. So, running an MSP is my dream job because I get to use technology to help people solve their problems." - Riley
Marcia
Despite being born and raised in Kansas USA, Marcia has been an anglophile for as long as she can remember. After a successful career in sports televison, Marcia stepped into the marketing industry as freelancer in 2017 and moved to the UK in 2023.

The Riley-Branwen Team
We met in 2019 while Marcia was hiking her way across the UK's national parks. We've been inseparable ever since and eventually started working together, using our respective talents to make QCS what it is today.
Our Hobbies And Interests
When we’re not busy helping businesses thrive, we love to enjoy life and explore our hobbies. We believe in balancing hard work with plenty of fun. This helps us bring fresh perspectives and energy to everything we do.
Food & Drink
This is our foremost passion! Riley loves to cook and eats anything that doesn't eat him first, while Marcia would gladly travel to the other side of London for a Crosstown Doughnut! 🍔🍟🍩😋
Football
When we're not fixing PCs, pulling Christmas crackers, or stuffing our faces, we can usually be found at the KOP end of Anfield stadium ⚽🥅🏆 - "You'll never walk alone!"
Christmas
We're both absolutely bonkers for the festive season, and that's putting it mildly! In fact, we love Christmas so much that we got married in December, wearing our Christmas jumpers! 🎅🏾💐🤶🏻💞
Travelling
We both caught the travel bug several years ago and have crossed several cities off our bucket list since. Our favourite cities are Paris, Amsterdam, Phoenix, and of course, London! ✈️🗽🗼⛰️
